Ken Way

Executive Vice President of Global Sales

Ken Way brings over two decades of business growth experience in the semiconductor and systems space. He has a proven record of building and leading award-winning sales, field engineering, and business development teams. Throughout his career, Ken has held senior leadership roles at Motorola Semiconductor, Freescale, Cavium, Tilera, Netronome, and Napatech. Most recently, he led the international sales team at Achronix, where he focused on positioning high-performance FPGAs, IP, tools, and solutions with key customers. Before his tenure at Achronix, Ken built and managed Xilinx’s global business development team, driving cross-functional strategies to accelerate sales to data center customers, ecosystem partners, and adjacent markets.

Ken holds a Bachelor of Science in Microelectronic Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
