Policy Statement

Arteris, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiaries (collectively, “Arteris”), do not authorize third parties to either distribute standalone Arteris IP and software products without taking a direct written license from Arteris, or to sublicense Arteris products.

Authorized distributors of Arteris in specific jurisdictions can be found via this link: www.arteris.com/about-arteris/distributors. Customers working with such distributors must sign a written license agreement directly with Arteris.

Arteris products, if included solely in an approved Arteris licensee’s SoCs and/or complex IP blocks, are available from Arteris licensees in accordance with signed written license agreements with Arteris.

Arteris, Inc. licenses Arteris’s IP and software products to customers in the Americas. Arteris IP SAS licenses Arteris’s IP and software products to customers in the APAC and EMEA jurisdictions.
