Michal Siwinski is a technology business executive with nearly three decades of experience building and scaling businesses across semiconductor IP, SoC design, and electronic design automation.

As Executive Vice President, Chief Product and Marketing Officer, and General Manager of Security Solutions at Arteris, he leads portfolio strategy, product innovation, market development and growth. He also serves as executive sponsor of the Arteris site in Poland. His leadership spans the technology business lifecycle, including R&D operations, product strategy, customer success, sales, business development, M&A, ecosystem development, and go-to-market execution. His current focus includes system architectures for data center, edge, and physical AI.

Before Arteris, Michal held senior operating and executive roles at Cadence Design Systems. He helped grow its System and Verification business from approximately $250 million to $600 million annually, drove portfolio and P&L transformation, led R&D operations and customer success, integrated acquisitions, and served as acting General Manager of a division of more than 1,000 employees. He also sponsored AI/ML R&D that generated new products, customer wins and revenue, and led the automotive initiative.

Previously, Michal worked at Verplex Systems and Mentor Graphics. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from UC Berkeley.
